Appellate Court Hearing on Our Lawsuit, Thursday, May 18th

May 13, 2017 by Tubola N. Imecepogora

JOIN US ON THURSDAY MAY 18TH, 9:30 AM WHERE ORAL ARGUMENTS WILL BE HEARD AT THE 5th DISTRICT APPELLATE COURT OF APPEALS LOCATED AT 333 W. Santa Clara St., Suite 1060, San Jose

(Case Number HO42834, Cheriel Jensen, Healthy Alternatives 2 Pesticides vs. Santa Clara County Vector Control District.)

You are welcome to attend. Seating is limited and additional standing room is available.

HAP is calling on the Appellate Court to stop the repeated spring/summer/fall toxic pesticide contamination of our population and habitat.  HAP is calling upon citizens to unite to end the contamination.

Vector Control can no longer ignore the United States Constitution, Amendment IV, our right to be secure in our homes.

Vector Control can no longer ignore the California Environmental Quality Act.

It is NOT reasonable to fog with poison 4.1 square MILES each time there is a single positive find of a mosquito.  It is NOT reasonable to ignore safer methods such as trapping.

Vector Control can no longer use the excuse that they are killing mosquitoes carrying the West Nile Virus. They have failed to show even a consistent two-day mosquito reduction. Furthermore, Vector Control has not even studied the environment to understand that they are killing the very predators that control mosquitoes and their larva.

We have seen the pesticides that Vector Control uses kill fish, birds, frogs, mosquito eaters, dragonflies, damselflies, and other primary predators of mosquitoes. Declarations in our court case document these observations.

Though Vector Control claims the pesticides they use are safe for bees, bees found dead the day after fogging, tested by Columbia Food Labs, contained Zenivex E4, Vector Control’s pesticide.

A pesticide they have been using, etofenprox, was claimed in their water permit to have a 4.1 day soil half-life and was instead discovered (by Columbia University testing) to have over a year soil half-life.  Go to: http://pmep.cce.cornell.edu/profiles/insect-mite/ddt-famphur/ethofenprox/etofenprox_wth_0315.pdf

People have the right to expect real science to prevail on these issues.

The CHAMACOS* (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3237357/)
and CHARGE (http://ehp.niehs.nih.gov/1307044/) studies now document how critically brain damaging even seemingly minor pesticide exposure is to infants at critical times in their development.  Will the court protect our infant’s intelligence?

The pesticides are toxic to humans impacting all body systems, especially hormone systems, gut flora and the brain. Pesticide exposures, including pesticides that have been used by Vector Control, are associated with increased cancer incidence.  Many people have complained of sickness to Vector Control, the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors and to Healthy Alternatives To Pesticides after Vector Control fogging.  We want the court to stop Vector Control’s mass poisonings that have made people sick. Infants are especially vulnerable to pesticide exposure*.

Vector Control’s pesticide Zenivex E4 content is 96% undisclosed as trade secret.  Not even Vector Control, the agency spewing it, or the Board of Supervisors, knows what 96% of it is. Pesticide formulas are not required by the EPA to be tested, only the active ingredient.  Thus, this mass pesticide fogging is a huge uncontrolled experiment with basically unknown ingredients with no researchers on the job.  No one can say it is safe.  No one can say it is effective.  We urge the court to recognize this reckless experiment and put a stop to it.

We have the right to a real trial on these issues.

Will the Appellate Court ensure our right to not be poisoned?.

Demonstration, Wednesday 17, 2017

May 13, 2017 by Tubola N. Imecepogora

Demonstration

When: Wednesday May 17th.

Time:  12:00PM to 2:00 PM.

Where: 70 West Hedding St., San Jose on the sidewalk in front of the County Government Center.

Vector Control is poised to begin fogging.  They have held their annual Open House and they have been on the news announcing they will soon begin fogging.  So far, they have yet found even one mosquito tested positive for the West Nile Virus. We will be demonstrating in front of the Board of Supervisors office building, the responsible body for this continuing mass poisoning.

Prior to the court hearing, Healthy Alternatives To Pesticides (HAP) members and supporters will be holding a demonstration against West Nile mass pesticide fogging. You are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 17th from 12:00PM – 2:00PM at 70 West Hedding St. in San Jose.

Parking: The place to park for more than one hour is the multi level parking structure opposite the main jail on Hedding.  It may cost roughly $5.00.  There are a few metered parking spaces allowing 2 hour parking along Hedding Street, North San Pedro Street and further south on West Mission, but these spaces are often filled at mid-day.  Bring quarters just in case one of these spaces is available as they are much less expensive.  The free visitor’s parking lot on the west side of the County Government Center strictly allows only one hour parking and is patrolled frequently.  Don’t park for more than one hour in that lot and don’t try to just move your car.

HAP will have signs or you are welcome to bring your own.

Thanks to all who are participating in this effort.  Every single person who helps in any way makes a HUGE difference.

Exposing the Zika Fraud

June 18, 2016 by Tubola N. Imecepogora

Exposing the Zika Fraud (same as the West Nile Virus Fraud)

By Keith Howe, D.C.

From e-mail sent to CDC on 06-16-16
Attention: Tom Frieden, Abigail Smith, Marilyn Radke

Notice to cease and desist fraud based on casual observations rather than rigorous or scientific analysis:

On 05-23-16 the CDC responded to my request for the scientific proof that the Zika virus and microcephaly are connected. I requested access to the reports and findings of these studies to review them. Along with all research papers upon which CDC director Dr. Tom Frieden claimed that:

“CDC scientists announced that enough evidence has accumulated to conclude that Zika virus infection during pregnancy is a cause of microcephaly and other severe fetal brain defects. “The declaration marks a “turning point” in the scientific understanding of the virus and it’s link to microcephaly, a condition in which babies are born with abnormally small heads and incomplete brain development, said CDC director Thomas Frieden. “There is no longer any doubt that Zika causes microcephaly”, Frieden said. “Never before in history has there been a situation where a bite from a mosquito could result in a devastating malformation in a fetus.
“There is no longer any doubt that Zika causes microcephaly,” Frieden said. “Never before in history has there been a situation where a bite from a mosquito could result in a devastating malformation” in a fetus”.
In the paper you referred me to, “Zika Virus and Birth Defects — Reviewing the Evidence for Causality” (NEJM) it states:

“As is typically the case in epidemiology and medicine, no “smoking gun” (a single definitive piece of evidence that confirms Zika virus as a cause of congenital defects) should have been anticipated. Instead, the determination of a causal relationship would be expected to emerge from various lines of evidence, each of which suggests, but does not on its own prove, that prenatal Zika virus infection can cause adverse outcomes.”

This is an admission that no direct scientific proof exists that Zika virus causes microcephaly.

The article then goes on to reference “SHEPARD’S CRITERIA”
“In 1994, Thomas Shepard, a pioneer in the field of teratology, proposed a set of seven criteria for “proof” of human teratogenicity. Shepard’s Criteria for Proof of Teratogenicity in Humans as Applied to the Relationship between Zika Virus Infection and Microcephaly and Other Brain Anomalies.) that incorporated both approaches.9 These criteria were an amalgamation of criteria developed by other teratologists and guided by methods that were used to identify previous teratogens. These criteria have been used to guide discussions about causation in teratology-related litigation30 and to assess other potential teratogens.10 We used Shepard’s criteria9 as a framework to evaluate whether the currently available evidence supports the hypothesis that prenatal Zika virus infection is a cause of microcephaly and other brain anomalies.” Here also the relationship between Zika virus and microcephaly is admittedly a hypothesis, not conclusive proof.

Also mentioned, Bradford Hill’s criteria and method of application is debated among scientists.

Koch’s postulates are the accepted, scientific standard. Is there proof of the correlation according to Koch’s postulates?

Research reveals the following about Zika, microcephaly, pesticides and vaccines commonly used in areas of Brazil where Zika exists.

Zika virus is a benign virus. It was discovered in Uganda in 1947, in the rhesus monkey. It is now patented and owned by the Rockefeller Foundation, and available for purchase over the internet.
Zika virus causes only very mild symptoms in healthy persons, and no symptoms 80% of the time. In almost 70 years it has never been known to cause any birth defects, including microcephaly. Nor has it been associated with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which is an autoimmune reaction known to follow flu and other vaccines, in prone individuals (ie: of Jewish decent).
So why are so many people in Brazil suddenly testing positive for Zika virus? Brazil force vaccinated its people with polio vaccine in 2015. The DTaP vaccine was pushed on women in their third trimesters, when the fetus is particularly susceptible to developmental birth defects. The polio vaccine was made from cell cultures of the rhesus monkey, which is the primary carrier of the virus. People that received this vaccine will have the DNA from the virus in their blood that will now trigger a positive reaction for the test. Simple and clear!
So why the sudden surge in microcephaly?
Toxic substances in vaccines are a known cause of microcephaly.
Also in Brazil, they are so afraid of insect transmitted diseases (Dengue fever, yellow fever, malaria, Chaga’s disease, Chickunguya, and now zika virus) that they are fumigating their homes, and even painting the houses with a deadly pesticide, chlorpyrifos, to keep the insects out. They are literally turning their homes into gas chambers with neurotoxic poisons that are banned in many other countries because of their known dangers to humans.
That is the perfect weapon of mass destruction delivered right into their homes for continuous exposure. They also have soldiers putting BT toxin and  a chemical larvicide [pesticide] that produces malformations in mosquitoes was introduced into the drinking water supply in 2014. This poison, Pyriproxyfen, is used in a State-controlled program aimed at eradicating disease-carrying mosquitoes by putting it directly into their rain barrels  and drinking water. It is an endocrine disruptor and is teratogenic (causes birth defects). This explains the sudden appearance of microcephaly and makes the Zika virus a scapegoat for the petrochemical/pharmaceutical industries.

It ia apparent that the CDC is attempting to defraud 1.8 Billion Dollars in Government Funding (tax payers money) for the virtually harmless Zika Virus to finance yet another useless vaccine.

Once again the CDC is practicing their “Terrorist Marketing Tactics” by deceiving the public into believing they are at risk for a harmless virus. The last one was the West Nile Virus.  CDC used this fear tactic to have the gullible masses acquiesce to being sprayed with deadly pesticides with undisclosed ingredients.

It is time to put an end to this terrorism and government fraud by indicting the persons responsible for these false campaigns, as crimes against humanity and defrauding government funds, and giving them long prison sentences.

These virtually harmless viruses are being used as scapegoats to cover-up vaccine reactions and pesticide poisonings, which are the causes of these symptoms.

Time to abolish the CDC, which is no more than a corrupt organization that protects the financial interests of the pharmaceutical and petrochemical cartels. Perhaps a grand jury and/or a Congressional investigation will be necessary if you persist with this fraud.
